On the Construction of Legalization of Colleges' Student Management Work

将高校学生管理工作纳入法治化轨道不仅是依法治国方略的必然要求,也是构建和谐校园的必然选择。本文首先阐述了高校学生管理法治化的含义及其必然性,然后对我国高校学生管理的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并在借鉴国外依法治校经验的基础上,提出了实现我国高校学生管理法治化的具体建议。

To bring colleges' student management work under the rule of law is not only an essential requirement of the strategy of ruling the country by law,but also an inevitable choice for constructing a harmonious campus.The paper firstly expounds the meaning and the necessity of the legalization of colleges' student management work and then makes an analysis of the present situation and the problems of student management work.And it puts forward some specific suggestions for enhancing the legalization of student management work on the basis of foreign experience in managing colleges by law.
