Transforming Special Students and Promoting the Harmonious Development of Campuses

特殊学生作为大学生中的另类群体,在当今高校越来越普遍。解决特殊学生问题,对于建设和谐社会有特殊意义。笔者从日常工作实践出发,选择三类特殊学生作为案例进行分析,并提出多方沟通、真诚关心、激发上进、长效机制等方法,对解决特殊群体学生具有较强针对意义。

As a special group, special students are becoming increasingly common in the current colleges. To solve the problems of special students has a significant meaning for constructing a harmonious society. Starting with the practices of daily work, the author selects three kinds of students to make an analysis and puts forward some methods of various communications, sincere care, inspiring and encouragement, a long-term mechanism, which has a significant meaning for solving the problems of special students.
