床边综合能力查房教学方法的效果探讨

摘要 目的:探讨床边综合能力查房教学形式的效果。方法:选择2012年1月至2012年12月在我科实习护生80名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用床边综合能力查房形式教学,对照组采用传统临床带教方法,比较两组对专科理论知识考试的平均成绩及护生对带教方法的满意度.结果:与对照组相比,观察组在专科理论平均成绩及护生对带教老师的满意度均有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论:床边综合能力查房形式教学有助于提高教学质量和护生对带教方法满意度。 Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive capability ward inspection. Methods : A total of 80 nursing students practiced in our department from 2012.01 to 2012.12 were randomly divided into trial group and control group. Traditional ward inspection was implemented in the control group, while comprehensive capability ward inspection in the trial group. The specialist theoretical knowledge tests scores and students' satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results : In the trial group the average score of the specialist theoretical knowledge tests and satisfaction on teaching method were significantly different from that in the control group(p〈).Conclusions : Comprehensive capability ward inspection can effectively improve the clinical teaching quality and nursing students' satisfaction on teaching method.
