摘要
基于Jeffcott转子不平衡响应理论,通过在轮盘上加载不平静质量,测量不平衡质量产生的不平衡响应,实现了一种获得转子动刚度曲线的方法。通过改变支座拧紧力矩来改变支座连接刚度,以转子动刚度衡量不同支座连接刚度对转子动力学特性的影响。理论和试验结果验证了该方法的正确性,试验表明:当支座反力小于支座拧紧力矩所能产生的最大静摩擦力时,增加支座连接刚度并不会改变转子系统的动刚度。
Based on Jeffcott rotor unbalance response theory, a method of obtaining rotor dynamic stiffness was achieved through loading unbalance weight on the pan and then measuring the unbalance vibration response. Different tightening torque produced corresponding coupling stiffness, so research on relations between coupling stiffness and rotor dynamic stiffness was carried on by measuring corresponding rotor dynamic stiffness in different support tightening torques. Theoretical and experimental results proved this method is correct. Experimental results turned out that increasing coupling stiffness could not change rotor system dynamic stiffness if the reaction force on the support was less than the maximum static friction generated by the tightening torque.
