棒束振动对定位格架通道流场的影响的数值研究

摘要 本文采用数值模拟方法考虑棒束振动对5×5定位格架棒束通道内三维流场的影响。采用混合网格技术,结果表明棒束振动作用对上游是刚性突起结构的通道的x方向速度影响较大,越向下游,影响越明显,而对上游是弹簧结构的通道的x方向速度几乎没有影响,在上游,棒束振动对y方向速度没有太大的影响,在下游影响很明显,最大偏差达到了10%,这是由于上游格架的掺和平均作用,而到下游由于格架的作用减弱,棒束振动占主要作用。 In order to find out effect for vibration of Rod Bundles, this paper study on 3-D single-phase flow field in 5×5 rod bundles with spacer grids by numerical method. By using hybrid grids teehnique. The results show that the vibration of Rod Bundles make an effect on x velocity on upstream with dimple , the more downstream, affecting more obvious. In the upstream, the vibration has no effect on y velocity. But it has obvious effect in downstream, two calculated value difference of 10%.This is because the mixing vane has the effect of blending and axial velocity. To the downstream ,the role of grid decline. The vibration of Rod Bundles account for the main role.
