摘要
当再热蒸气温度偏离额定值过大时 ,会影响锅炉及机组的安全性和经济性 ,同时 ,会加速金属的蠕变造成金属材料的损坏 ;而汽温过低 ,会使汽机耗增加。再热蒸气温度急剧改变将会导致汽机中压缸与转子间的差胀发生显著变化 ,有可能引起汽机的剧烈振动和事故 ,威胁设备的安全。所以 ,找出控制再热蒸气温度行之有效的方法是刻不容缓的。文章阐述了对桥头六期 1 #炉再热蒸气温度控制不应忽视的方法。
As we well-known, when the temperature of reheater steam heavily diverges rated value, it effects the security and economy of boiler and unit, at the same time accelerates metallic creep deformation and damages metallic material. If the temperature of steam is too low, steam consumption of turbine increases. Also if the stream temperature of reheater quickly changes, it will lead to clearly change on difference expandability between intermediate pressure cylinder and rotor of turbine, and cause smart vibration and accident , and threaten equipment's safety . The paper detailedly recounts the important method to control stream temperature of 1 # boiler reheater on QiaoTou sixth Stage.
