摘要
提出了 P91钢管热挤压三通管件国产化的工艺方法 ,重点探讨了国产 P91钢管热挤压三通的质量状况。分析表明 ,P91钢管热挤压三通在正确的工艺指导下 ,可以改善钢管材质的金相组织 ,避免了采用焊接工艺易产生冲击韧性值偏低的问题 。
The paper presents the technical researches on the A335P91 thermo extrusion tri open steel tubes made in China and their trail productions, and mainly introduces the steel tubes quality. The practical results show that the when the steel tubes are made in a correct art , the material metallograph structure can be improved, the low impacting tenacity easily caused by the welding art can be avoided, finally, a perfect normal and high temperature character is gained.
