阵发性房颤患者迷走神经功能的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的用心率变异性(HRV)评价阵发性房颤(PAF)患者自主神经功能的变化。方法选取确诊为阵发性房颤的患者35例以及32名健康志愿者为对照组,行24h动态心电图检查,测定平均心率、HRV的时域指标(SDNN、rMSSD)和频域指标(LnHF、LnLF、LF/HF),比较两组上述指标的变化。结果与对照组相比,阵发性房颤组患者平均心率和LF/HF比值明显降低(P<0.001),而rMSSD、LnHF明显增加(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论阵发性房颤患者迷走神经张力增加。
