甲状旁腺肿瘤的围手术期护理

目的总结甲状旁腺肿瘤的围手术期护理经验与体会。方法对2007年2月-2012年9月东莞市人民医院收治的6例甲状旁腺肿瘤患者的临床资料及围手术期护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果 6例均合并甲状旁腺功能亢进;术后病理诊断:甲状旁腺腺瘤5例,甲状旁腺癌1例;术后出现低钙血症5例,出现低钙抽搐3例,未发生新的骨折病例;6例均康复出院。术后随访:5例甲状旁腺腺瘤患者未见复发,1例甲状旁腺癌患者术后失访。结论对于甲状旁腺肿瘤的治疗,除积极施行手术切除病变外,合理的围手术期护理可以减少术后并发症,从而促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To Summarize the nursing experience of the parathyroid tumor in periopemtive period. Methods The clinical data and perioperative care experience of six cases of parathyroid tumors from February 2007 to September 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Six cases were associated with hyperparathyroidism,and their postoperative pathological diagnosises were as followed： parathyroid adenoma （5 case）, parathyroid carcinoma（1 case）. There were 5 cases of hypocalcemia,3 cases of convulsions with low calcium which occurred atter operation. And the new fracture has not happened. All six cases of patients were recovered and discharged. In the follow-up after operation,there were no recurrence in 5 cases of parathyroid adenoma, and 1 case of parathyroid carcinoma lost to be followed. Conclusion In the treatment of parathyroid tumor, sensible perioperative care could reduce the postoperative complications so as to promote the recovery of patients rapidly.
