摘要 长虹电子集团引进了日本东芝公司LR 6型和LR 0 3型各两条无汞碱锰电池生产线 ,自动化程度高 ,每条生产线的生产能力均达到 30 0只 /min ,于 1 999年 1 0月安装投产。该生产线的正极锰环制造采用先进的二次复压成型技术 ,降低了电池内阻。电池隔离管制造采用高密度隔膜纸斜向缠绕 ,吸液快 ,保液能力强。电解液和锌膏注入 ,采用精密的计量泵来实现 ,保证了注入精度。电池装配采用电脑控制自动组装 ,关键工序设有自动检测 ,全线只需 9人观察运行和操作。 Changhong electronic company group has imported two LR 03 production lines and two LR 6 production lines for mercury free alkaline manganese battery from Toshiba Company,Japan, and has installed them in October, 1999. All of them are highly automatic lines with the production ability of 300 cells per minute. The advanced double compression technology for manganese ring manufacture is adopted in the lines for decreasing internal resistance. The oblique winding technology of high density separator paper is also adopted for manufacturing the separator, which performs high liquid absorbing speed and good liquid keeping ability. In addition, the accurate measurement pumps are used for the filling of electrolyte and zinc gel to ensure the filling precision. Batteries are automatically assembled with computer control and the automatic inspection is arranged in the key processes. For the whole production line, there are only nine personnel needed for operation and inspection. The specification of technological process for the production lines and the properties of products manufactured by the lines were introduced.
