摘要
双极性与水平蓄电池的出现 ,大大弥补了铅酸电池质量比能量低、充电速度慢的缺点 ,为铅酸蓄电池作为电动车用动力电源提供了广阔的发展前景。简要地介绍了双极性铅酸蓄电池的发展历史 ,并采用与普通电池结构对比的方法介绍了双极性铅酸蓄电池在结构方面的特点。基底材料是双极性铅酸蓄电池技术的关键所在 ,介绍了目前双极性铅酸蓄电池所采用的基底材料。最后 ,简单介绍了双极性铅酸蓄电池的主要特点及优点 。
The development of bipolar and horizontal lead acid batteries has made up for the disadvantages of traditional lead acid batteries, such as low specific energy and low charge speed, and the wide prospect for lead acid batteries as power sources of electric vehicles has been provided. The developing history of bipolar lead acid battery was introduced briefly and the structure of bipolar lead acid battery was illustracted by comparing with that of common lead acid battery. The substrate materials used in bipolar lead acid batteries currently were recommended because it was the key factor for bipolar technology. The main features and advantages of bipolar lead acid batteries were also introduced as well as its prospect was forecasted.
