摘要 介绍了国内外钒氧化还原液流电池的电极材料 (炭素类和金属类 )、集流板、电池隔膜材料的研究发展状况以及电解液的制备情况。石墨作电池正极易腐蚀 ,DSA电极可用于钒电池 ,但成本较高 ;石墨毡是一种稳定的电极材料 ,质量轻、成本低 ,对其进行各种处理可提高电池性能。集流板和电池隔膜材料都制约着钒电池的发展 ,详细介绍了它们的发展情况。 Development status of the electrode materials(carbon type and metal type),the current collector and the separator film for vanadium redox flow battery were introduced as well as the method of preparing vanadium electrolyte.DSA electrode could be used as positive in vanadium battery instead of graphite,which was liable to be corroded,but it was not suitable due to its high cost.However,graphite felt is applicable for vanadium battery as electrode meterial because of its stability,low weight and low cost,and the performance of the battery can be improved with the treated graphite felt.The current collector and the separator film are the key factors for the development of vanadium battery.Preparing the electrolyte efficiently and improving its stability are also very important for the battery.
