摘要
信息技术在焊接自动化领域的应用促进焊接向智能化和自动化迈进了一大步。自动焊领域的信息技术包括信息的获取技术、信息的传输技术、信息的存储技术和信息的分析与统计技术。经过处理的信息反过来作用于焊接自动化可以使单机系统的智能度、自动化程度以及工作精确度大大提升;将多台单机的运行信息通过网络集合起来可以组建信息化焊接车间,提高整个焊接工序的运行效率和生产管理的合理性;将长期的设备运行信息、工艺参数数据进行汇总、分析,可以用来指导焊接工艺的改进,建立设备档案为设备维护提供基础。结合艾美特公司多年数字化焊接系统的设计与制造经验,以及为多个大客户提供数字化车间建设服务的经历,阐述焊接自动化领域中信息技术的重要性以及如何将信息技术可靠、高效的应用。
The application of Information Technology in the welding automation gl^atly promotes the intellectualization and automation of the welding. The Infimnation Technology of the automatic welding includes information acquisition,information transmission, information storage anti information analysis, lnfnrruation that has been processed can promote the intelligent degree of stand-alone systems,the degree of automation and the accuracy of the work. The running data of single welding equipment are the base of a digital welding workshop. The productive efficiency and manufacturing management will obtain a great improvement by the effective use of these data. With the collection and analysis of the long-term running state of device,we can improve the welding prucedure and establish equipment's technical documents which are the base of equipment nmintenance. Combining with AMET's many yea~' experience of the design and manufacture of digital welding system and the digital workshop construction ti)r big customers,this paper expounds the importance of information technology of the automatic welding,also it explains how to apply the information technology more reliably and efficiently.
