摘要
考虑椭球底封头结构特点及焊接要求,选用机器人柔性焊接工作站系统,根据焊缝位置、焊枪可达性,明确焊接工艺装备的设计思路,从系统集成的角度出发,介绍椭球底封头焊接工作站的组成及系统配置。根据机器人焊接工作站在实际生产中的使用效果分析,说明焊接机器人工作站作为一种柔性的制造装备能够提高和稳定焊接质量,减轻工人劳动强度。
According to the structural characteristics and welding requirements of the ellipsoid bottom head,a flexible robot welding workstation system is designed and realized. It would improve the welding quality and reduce labor intensity effectively in practical application.
