摘要 采用CLOOS焊接机械手对厚15 mm的6082铝合金厚板进行单丝脉冲MIG角焊试验,对焊缝进行外观检测和表面渗透检测,并切取试样观察宏观金相,总结了焊接试验过程中出现的焊缝外观形状、尺寸不良和焊缝内部质量问题,从焊接参数、焊枪调整、母材热传递和约束条件四个方面进行了系统讨论,分析并概括了几个因素对焊后焊缝质量的影响,提出自动焊焊接轨道车辆常用铝合金厚板的角焊缝时适宜采用的工艺,有效地避免了焊接缺陷的产生,提高了焊缝的焊接质量。 Single-wire pulsed MIG fillet welding test was used on 6082 Aluminum alloy with a thickness of 15 millimeters using CLOOS welding robot. Visual examination and penetration inspection of weld surface were carried out.the macrofractography was watched. Aimed at the bad appearance of welding seam and the welding quality,wehting parameters.welding environmental factors, heat transfer of motherboard and restriction were synthetically analyzed. Appropriate weht process applied on thick plate of Aluminum alloy for railway vehicles were summarized .effectively avoiding the generation probability of welding defects and improve the welding quality of the weld.
