摘要
南疆吐库二线中天山隧道左洞出口反坡段施工中突遇高压涌水,准确判断掌子面涌水量及采取应对措施是施工中应重点考虑的因素,而水量的大小又直接关系到堵水、排水措施。通过超前探孔等措施收集涌水量等基础数据,引用古德曼经验式、水压力法及水文地质比拟法进行隧道最大涌水量估算和预测,为注浆堵水设计,合理规划排水方案提供可靠依据。采用RPD-150C多功能地质钻机进行超前钻孔,PHP-15注浆机进行帷幕注浆,通过提高注浆压力和注浆量,止水效果明显,达到限量排放目标。施工中优化排水方案,增设排水管道和改进排水泵站,快速有效地排出洞内地下水,确保隧道施工安全。
The reverse slope of left hand exit of Zhongtianshan Tunne suddenly encountered water gushing out with high pressure during construction of Tulufan to Kuerle Railway Line 2 Project at Souther Xinjiang. Ac- curate determination on water inflow at tunnel face and adoption of appropriate measures are key factors to be considered. Water amount is directly related to the water shut-off and drainage measures. The basic data of in- flow are collected through advanced drilling holes and other measures, citing the empirical formula of Goodman, water pressure method and hydrogeological analogy method, the tunnel~ largest water inflow is estimated and pre- dicted so as to provide reliable basis for design of grouting for stopping water and rational planning of drainage program. Using RPD-150C muhifunctional geological drilling rig for drilling ahead, PHP-15 grouting machine for curtain grouting, by increasing grouting pressure and grouting amount, obvious sealing effect is achieved. By im- proving drainage scheme, adding drainage pipeline and improved drainage pumping station, groundwater is quickly and efficiently discharged, the safety of tunnel construction is ensured.
