5种抗寒剂对早稻湘早籼25号幼苗的耐寒生理鉴定及其利用 被引量:11

摘要 试验结果表明 ,在相同低温胁迫条件下 ,经聚乙二醇处理的湘早籼 2 5号秧苗不仅电导率低 ,干重大 ,而且可溶性糖和叶绿素总含量高 ,表明 5种抗寒剂中聚乙二醇对水稻秧苗具有较好的抗寒效果 . The experiment shows that PEG treated rice Xiang 25(indica type), as other treatments under the same low temprature duress, possesses the lowest electrical conductivity, the most dry weight, and the most chlorophyll and soluble sugar. This indicates that among five chilling endurance substances, PEG possesses a better chilling resistance.
