摘要
从克拉玛依大沙鼠洞内捕集蒙古白蛉和安氏白蛉,分离出自然感染的利什曼前鞭毛体,皮下接种BALB/c小鼠,4个月后切小块组织进行亚显微结构观察。结果表明,来自上述两种白蛉体内的原虫与大沙鼠耳组织内分离出来的利什曼原虫在形态上甚为一致,从而推测以上两种白蛉是当地大沙鼠体内利什曼原虫的传播媒介。
Phlebotomus mongolensis and Phlebotomus andrejevi were collected from the cave of big gerbil in Karamay; the promastigotes of leishmania were isolated from the naturally infected sandflies, which were inoculated subcutaneusly to BALB / c mice. Four months later ultrastructural observation was made on the sectional tissue of BALB / c mice, the result showed that leishmania from the two phlebotomus were morphologically identical to those isolated from the ear tissue of big gerbil. Thus it was inferred that the above two species of phlebotomus were transmission vector of leishmania in local big gerbil.
