关于修订中文罗马字母拼写法国际标准ISO 7098(1991)的情况说明

Updating ISO 7098 on Chinese Romanization Information and Documentation

国际标准ISO 7098是由ISO/TC 46技术委员会制定的。1979年,在ISO/TC 46会议上(巴黎、华沙),中国建议把汉语拼音作为中文罗马字母拼写法国际标准。1982年,在ISO/TC 46会议上(南京),通过了国际标准ISO 7098。1991年,ISO 7098做了技术上的修订,成为ISO 7098的第二版ISO 7098(1991)。2011年,在悉尼召开的ISO/TC 46第38届会议上,我国提出了修改ISO 7098(1991)的建议,并于会后正式向国际标准化组织提出了修订提案,2012年,ISO/TC 46第39届会议接受了我国的提案,成立了ISO 7098国际修订工作组。目前,修订工作已经进入委员会草案(CD)的注册阶段。本文简要介绍国际标准《ISO 7098信息与文献——中文罗马字母拼写法》(1991)的修订依据、修订背景、国际修订工作组的形成过程以及拟修订的技术内容。

International Standard ISO 7098 was prepared by Technical Committee ISO /TC 46.At 1979,China proposed to take the scheme of Chinese phonetic alphabet as the international standard in ISO TC46 meeting（Paris,Warsaw）.At 1982,ISO 7098 was approved in ISO TC 46 meeting（Nanjing） as the first edition.At 1991,ISO 7098 has been technically revised.It became the second edition（ISO 7098： 1991）.At 2011,in the 38th plenary meeting of ISO / TC 46,（Sydney） China suggested to update ISO 7098（1991） and submitted a proposal.At 2012,in the 39th plenary meeting of ISO / TC 46（Berlin）,this proposal was accepted,and ISO / TC 46 set up an international working group for updating ISO 7098.Now the ISO 7098 updating work is in the stage of CD（Committee Draft）.This paper introduces the procedure to update International Standard ＂ISO 7098 Information and Documentation-Chinese Romanization＂（1991）,its motivation,its background,its technical contents,and the formation of the international working group for updating ISO 7098.
