中美构建新型大国关系的战略思考

Strategic Conceptions of Structuring Innovational Nation Relationships between China and USA

新型大国关系是冷战结束后逐渐发展起来的一种处理大国关系新的战略思维和机制模式。是在2012年中美第四轮战略与经济对话中,由中美两国共同提出的,要加强双方的信任与合作,开辟新型大国关系之路。虽然双方对这一概念的解读不尽相同,但都避免严重对抗,期待大国之间以互利合作为主的基本战略意图是相同的。新型大国关系,其基本理念就是合作与竞争并存的一种大国关系。

Power relations of new type is a kind of new strategic thinking and mechanism mode,which is gradually developed and used to process the relations between big powers after the cold war.In the fourth strategic and economic dialogue between China and US in 2012,two countries put forward to strengthen trust and cooperation and make a road to the power relations.Although the interpretation of this concept is different,both of them try to avoid serious confrontation and implement the basic strategy of beneficial cooperation.Therefore,the basic idea of new type power relations is a relationship existing both cooperation and competition.
