摘要
1925–1937年,萧绍公路经历了省营(浙江省公路局经营)和商办(萧绍公司经营)两个时期。省营时期的1925–1927年间,由于军阀混战和自然灾害等外部因素,萧绍公路营运业绩处于亏损状态;而在1928–1932年间,借助于社会大环境的相对稳定和营运管理制度的相对完善,萧绍公路的营运逐渐走上正轨。在1933–1937年的商办时期,由于公司总经理金汤侯实施富有创见的营运管理制度,萧绍公路的营运业绩更趋上升,萧绍公司成为全省商办公司的佼佼者。
Xiaoshao Road experienced the provincial operation (by Highway Bureau of Zhejiang Province) and the commercial operation (by Xiaoshao Company) from 1925 to 1937. During the period of 1925-1927, as a result of the warlords' tangled warfare and natural disasters, Xiaoshao Road was operated at a loss; from 1928 to 1932, because of the relatively stable social environment and the relatively perfect operation management system, Xiaoshao Road was operated gradually on track. During the period of the commercial operation from 1933 to 1937, Xiaoshao Road operation was rising and Xiaoshao Company became the leader in all the provincial operation companies because Jin Tanghou (the general manager of the company) carded out the creative operation management system.
