联合腹腔镜治疗胃间质瘤临床应用价值分析

Clinical Application Analysis in Treating Gastric Stromal Tumor Combined Laparoscopic

目的通过与常规开腹手术比较,研究腹腔镜对胃间质瘤的治疗价值.方法行胃间质瘤切除术且临床资料健全的患者共31例,16例行腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术,15例行开腹胃间质肿瘤切除术,采取回顾性分析方法研究两组患者的肿瘤危险性、切口长度、术中时间、术中出血量、并发症等相关因素,并结合随访结果对两组患者进行整体分析.结果采用联合腹腔镜的患者在切口长度、术中时间、术中失血量、术后第一次排气时间、住院天数上较开腹组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后不适症状均较轻微,但开腹组术后发生1例肿瘤转移导致死亡的病例.结论联合腹腔镜进行胃间质肿瘤切除术手术效果优于传统开腹手术,还可有效减少创伤面积,减轻患者痛苦.

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopic treatment in gastric stromal tumor by comparing with the conventional open operation.Method 31 Patients treated with gastric stromal tumor resection,16 cases of them were treated with laparoscopic resection,15 cases of them were treated with the open gastric stromal tumor resection.A retrospective analysis method was applied to study the risk of cancer,incision length,operative time,intra-operative blood loss,complications and other related factors in the two groups,and an overall analysis on them was carried out by considering the follow-up results together with the retrospective analysis.Results Compared with those of the patients treated with the conventional operation,the use of combined laparoscopic patients in the incision length,operation time,intra-operative blood loss,postoperative first exhaust time,hospitalization days of patients treated with the combined laparoscopic resection were better improved,and there were significant differences between them（P0.05）;uncomfortable symptoms of the patients in both groups after the operation were mild,but one patient with the open died due to the tumor metastasis.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined laparoscopic resection on gastric stromal tumor is superior to that of the traditional laparotomy operation,which can effectively reduce the wound area,reduce patient pain and improve the recovery rate.
