摘要
目的:探索中药外用治疗癌性疼痛的用药特点及规律。方法:统计1995年10月至2012年11月发表于国内关于中药外用治疗癌性疼痛的文献资料,运用频数分析方法分析总结外治用药的特点及其应用规律。结果:共筛选出有关中药外用贴敷治疗癌性疼痛文献75篇,涉及中药155味,常用药为开窍药、活血化瘀药、清热解毒药等,并对统计中常用组方及常用药对进行评述。结论:中药外用治疗癌性疼痛以"通则不痛"为原则,辅以"以毒攻毒"之法,将毒性中草药在组方中运用得当,能有效地缓解癌性疼痛。
Objective：To explore the medication characteristics and laws of TCM external treatment for cancer pain.Methods：The author statistics from 1995 to 2012 in the domestic literature on the Chinese herb in the treatment of cancer pain,and analyzed and summarized the characteristics and application laws of the external treatment medication by frequency analysis method.Results：75 articles literatures about the Chinese herb external patching cancer pain were screened,involving 155 taste of Chinese medicine,and commonly used drugs were resuscitation drugs,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,clearing heat and removing toxicity drugs,and commonly used composition and medicine pair in statistics were reviewed.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine for external use in treatment of cancer pain with the principle of ＂stop the pain by dredging the channels＂,supplemented by the method of ＂combating poison with poison＂,and toxic Chinese herbal for external used properly in the formula can effectively relieve cancerous pain.
