中西医结合对晚期肺癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

Impacts of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on the Quality of Life and Immune Function of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌对患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:收集符合纳入标准的病例56例,不等比随机分成3组,单纯化疗组24例,茶多酚胶囊联合化疗组25例,参一胶囊联合化疗组7例。采用晚期非小细胞肺癌常规化疗方案,茶多酚胶囊联合化疗组、参一胶囊联合化疗组在化疗基础上,口服茶多酚胶囊或参一胶囊,连续用药2个疗程,观察疾病控制率、患者生活质量以及免疫指标的变化。结果:疾病控制率比较,三组无统计学差异(P>0.05);单纯化疗组患者治疗后生活质量评分下降,治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);茶多酚胶囊联合化疗组、参一胶囊联合化疗组治疗前后KPS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后CD4+/CD8+T细胞比较,单纯化疗组、参一胶囊联合化疗组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),茶多酚胶囊联合化疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三组疾病控制率比较无显著差异;茶多酚胶囊、参一胶囊联合化疗可改善肺癌患者生活质量,在现阶段所收临床病例范围内,生活质量评分疗效由高到低依次是茶多酚胶囊联合化疗组、参一胶囊联合化疗组、单纯化疗组;茶多酚胶囊联合化疗具有调整患者免疫抑制状态的作用。

Objective：To explore the impacts of integrated traditional and western medicine on quality of life（QOL） and immune function of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：56 advanced NSCLC cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,ranging from randomly divided into 3 groups,chemotherapy group（C group,24 cases）,the combined group of Tea Polyphenols capsule and chemotherapy（TC group,25 cases） and the combined group of Shenyi capsule and chemotherapy（SC group,7 cases）.Besides conventional chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC,TC and SC groups respectively took the Tea Polyphenols capsules or the Shenyi capsule for 2 cycles.After these two cycles,the disease control rate,patients′ QOL,immune function index were observed.Results：Difference of disease control rates between each group was not statistically significant.（P0.05）;QOL scores of C group descreased after treatment,which were significantly different in statistics compared with ones before treatment（P0.01）;KPS difference before and after the treatment between TC group and SC group was not statistically significant（P0.05）;CD4＋/CD8＋T cell difference before and after the treatment was not statistically significant both in C group and in SC group（P0.05）,but statistically significant in TC group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There was no statistically significant difference in the disease control rate between each group.Tea Polyphenols capsule or Shenyi capsule in combination with chemotherapy may improve lung cancer patients′QOL.In analysis of current collected cases,descending order of QOL scores efficacy is TC group,SC group and C group.Tea Polyphenols capsules in combination with chemotherapy has the impact of adjusting immunosuppression.
