目的:总结蒋士卿教授治疗恶性肿瘤的学术思想与临床经验。方法:从毒性药物的合理运用、中医理论的继承创新、中西医的互补结合及药食同源等几个方面进行总结分析。结果:蒋士卿教授在治疗恶性肿瘤方面有深厚的理论基础和丰富的临床经验,运用毒性药物及相反药物胸有成竹,常用药物有白芥子、露蜂房、制天南星、急性子、黄药子、全蝎、蜈蚣、山慈菇、雄黄、制马钱子、细辛等,深得古方之旨,培补后天之本,治从脾胃,推崇药食同源,讲究煎服方法,所用方药精到,方用:清半夏15g,川黄连6g,黄芩15g,干姜10g,党参15g,甘草10g,急性子30g,威灵仙15g,炒苍术20g,陈皮15g,川朴12g,茯苓30g,香附15g,高良姜10g,公丁香(后下)6g,砂仁(后下)15g,鸡血藤40g,治疗效果显著。结论:蒋士卿教授治疗恶性肿瘤的学术思想及临床经验值得进一步学习和探讨研究。

Objective：To explore academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Jiang Shiqing in treating malignant tumor.Methods：Analysis from the following aspects：the reasonable use of toxic medicines,the inheritance and innovation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the homology of medicine and food.Results：Professor Jiang Shiqing has deep theoretical basis and rich clinical experience in treating malignant tumor,and use toxic drugs and incompatible medicaments with complete confidence,and common drugs are white mustard seed,nidus vespae,processed rhizoma arisaematis,garden balsam seed,airpotato yam,scorpio,centipede,indian iphigenia bulb,realgar,processed semen strychni,asarum and so on.He deeply understands the main idea of ancient prescription,with an emphasis on benefiting the root of after-birth,syndrome differentiation and treatment from the spleen and stomache,and advocation the homology of medicine and food.He pays attention to the method of decocting drugs,and the prescription application is accurate and the curative effect is significant.Prescription：rhizoma pinelliae preparata15 g,sichuan coptis 6 g,scutellaria15 g,dried ginger10 g,pilosulae15 g,iquorice10 g,garden balsam seed 30 g,radix clematidis15 g,fry rhizoma atractylodis 20 g,tangerine Peel 15 g,magnolia obavata 12 g,poria 30 g,cyperi Rhizoma15 g,galangal 10 g,flos caryophylli（later） 6 g,fructus amomi（later） 15 g,caulis Spatholobi 40 g.Conclusion：Academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Jiang Shiqing in treating malignant tumors deserve further study and research.
