克氏针张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation of Kersh Needle Tension Band for the Treatment of Ulna Olecranon Fracture

目的:观察克氏针张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床疗效。方法:31例患者均采用克氏针张力带内固定系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折,并采用克氏针张力带进行手术治疗。结果:31例患者出院后全部获得随访;切口均为一期愈合,平均愈合时间为4.5个月,术后X线摄片复查,显示骨折端对位对线良好,未见骨折断端的分离或者移位,随后门诊复查显示骨折端愈合良好,未出现骨折不愈合,肘关节屈伸活动可。结论:在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗上,克氏针张力带内固定系统与其他固定方式相比,具有应用简便易于医师掌握,临床应用发现是一种有效的内固定治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of kersh needles tension band for the treatment of ulna olecranon fracture.Methods：31 cases of ulna olecranon fractures were treated with kersh needles tension band internal fixation system,and were carries on surgery treatment by using kersh needles tension band.Results：31 cases of patients were followed up after discharge,the incisions were healing by first intention,and the average healing time was 4.5 months.Postoperative X-ray re-examination showed that fracture ends had good linear and positional alignment without seperation or shift.the following outpatient re-examination showed that fracture ends healed well without nonunion,and the flexion and extension activity of elbow jiont were good.Conclusion：In the treatment of ulna olecranon fracture,compared with other fixation methods,kersh needle tension band internal fixation system has convenient application,easy master by clinicians,cost-effective,small economic burden of patients,which is an effective internal fixation in clinical.
