洪素兰教授应用“治未病”理论防治腰椎间盘突出症经验

Professor Hong Sulan's Experience in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with the Theory of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"

目的:总结洪素兰教授应用"治未病"理论防治腰椎间盘突出症的经验。方法:通过跟师学习,总结洪素兰教授防治腰椎间盘突出症的防治思想和方法。结果:腰椎间盘突出症的未病先防,首重情志调节、腹式呼吸,保持心情舒畅,重视形神兼养,节饮食、慎劳逸;结合自我按摩腹部以疏通经气。运用芪桂汤加减,坚持守方、按疗程正规治疗,同时结合情志疏导、推拿按摩等。瘥后防复,强调劳逸结合,坚持自我揉脐和按摩腹部,避免情志、饮食等复发因素。临床观察有效率为95.36%。结论:应用"治未病"理论防治腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,复发率低。

Objective：To summarize the experience of Professor Hong Sulan in treating lumbar disc herniation（LDH） with the theory of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂.Methods：Prevention and treatment thoughts and methods of LDH by Professor Hong Sulan were summarized through learning with the teacher.Results：The theory of ＂preventive treatment before the occurrence of disease＂ when treating LDH,in which the first we should attach great importance to regulate the motion,abdominal respiration,and make people in a good humor.Meanwhile,it should be paid attention to simultaneous cultivation of spirit and physique,diet regulation,proper balance between work and rest,and dredging meridian qi with the help of self-massage.Self-prescribed formula,which is modified Qigui Decoction is continued to take according to the course of disease,and combining with regulating the emotion and Chinese massage and so on.After recovery,the recurrence of disease should be prevented.It should be emphasized to insist on self-massage around navel and abdomen,and avoid the recurrence factors of emotion and diet.After clinical observation the effective rate was up to 95.36%.Conclusion：Application the theory of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ preventing and treating LDH has remarkable effect,and low recurrence rate.
