摘要
目的:探讨参青方对三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导的溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的病理改变的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型Ⅰ组、模型Ⅱ组、美沙拉嗪组、参青方低量组、参青方高剂量组,采用三硝基苯磺酸/乙醇法制备溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型,观察其结肠黏膜病理改变及参青方的治疗作用。结果:三硝基苯磺酸/乙醇可诱导大鼠结肠明显炎症伴溃疡形成,且溃疡局限在黏膜层,类似人临床溃疡性结肠炎病理特点。参青方高、低剂量组均能不同程度地改善溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠的结肠黏膜病理改变,且具有剂量依赖性。结论:参青方治疗溃疡性结肠炎确有疗效,其机制尚需深入研究。
Objective:To study the influence of Shenqing Prescription on pathological changes of Rats with TNBs induced ulcerative colitis.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model Ⅰgroup,model Ⅱgroup,mesalazine group,and low dose group of Shenqing Prescription,high dose group of Shenqing Prescription.Ulcerative colitis model rats were prepared by using trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid/ethanol method,and the colonic mucosa pathological changes and therapeutic effect of Shenqing Prescription were observed.Results:Trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid/ethanol could induce the rats colon obvious inflammation with ulceration,and ulceration was limited to mucosa layer,which was similar to the clinical pathological characteristics of UC of people.Shenqing Prescription high and low dose group can improve colonic mucosa pathological changes of ulcerative colitis model rats in different degrees,and with dose-dependent.Conclusion:Shenqing Prescription in treating ulcerative colitis has definite curative effect,and its mechanism still needs further study.
