摘要
目的:对比分析2005年版与2010年版药典中药外用的差异,提出中药外用研究的思路。方法:对2005年版和2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》所载中药与外用相关的功能、主治进行对比,总结2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》中药外用的特点,分析中药现代外用的优势和不足。结果:2010年版药典中药外用已有长足的发展,新增18种中药外用功能,有利于指导相应中药的临床外用。结论:中药外用已受到药典重视,但中药外用功能仍有进一步完善的空间。
Objective：To compare and analyze the differences of traditional Chinese medicine for external use between the 2005 edition and 2010 edition of pharmacopoeia and put forward the investigative idea of traditional Chinese medicine for external use.Methods：Compared the topical related functions and indications of Chinese medicine recorded in the 2005 edition and 2010 edition of Pharmacopoeia,and summed up the characteristics of Chinese medicine for external use in the 2010 edition of the pharmacopoeia,and analyzed the advantages and weaknesses of modern for Chinese medicine external use.Results：The traditional Chinese medicine for external use has been considerable development in 2010 edition of Pharmacopoeia,add 18 kinds of Chinese medicine for external use function,help guide the relevant Chinese medicine clinical external use,it has also developed the Chinese medicine clinical external use.Conclusion：The external use of traditional Chinese medicine has been valued for the pharmacopoeia,however,the function of traditional Chinese medicine external use still has the room for improvement.
