速效救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Angina

目的:探讨速效救心丸的主要有效成分、作用机制及联合用药等临床研究进展。方法:查阅近年来的相关文献,阐述速效救心丸的药理作用、单用及联合其他药物应用。结果:速效救心丸具有缓解冠状动脉性心脏病患者心绞痛、抗动脉粥样硬化、稳定斑块、调节自由基、保护血管内皮细胞、抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤、扩张冠状动脉、促治疗性血管新生等作用。结论:速效救心丸可治疗各种类型冠心病心绞痛,不良反应较少,但对其抗心绞痛的其他机制有待于进一步研究。

Objective：To explore the clinical research progress of main components,mechanism of action and drug combination of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill.Methods：Expounded the pharmacologic action,alone and combination treatment of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill through reference to the related literatures in recent years.Results：It has proved that Suxiao Jiuxin Pill has the effects such as alleviating angina pectoris,against atherosclerosis,stabilizing artery plaque,adjusting the free radicals-protect vascular endothelial cells,resisting myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,outspreading coronary artery and improving the angiogenesis of vessel.Conclusion：Suxiao Jiuxin Pill can alleviate various types of coronary heart disease angina and has less adverse effects whereas the other mechanisms of its anti-angina remains to be further research.
