电针配耳穴治疗中风后失眠临床研究

Clinical Research of Electric Acupuncture with Auricular Point Treatment of Insomnia after Stroke

目的:探讨电针配耳穴治疗中风后失眠的临床疗效。方法:64例符合诊断标准的中风后失眠患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组口服甜梦胶囊。治疗组采用电针配耳穴疗法,电针:患者取侧卧位,选四神聪、安眠、内关、神门,每天下午针刺1次,7次为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程;耳穴贴压:取皮质下、心、脾、肾、肝、神门、交感,选用王不留行籽贴压,每3d 1次,两耳交替贴压,共治疗7次。结果:治疗组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配耳穴治疗中风后失眠疗效显著。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture with auricular point treatment of insomnia after stroke.Methods：64 cases of patients with insomnia after stroke were divided into the two groups according to random number table single blind method.The control group was given oral tianmeng capsule,and the treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture and auricular point therapy.Electric acupuncture：patients taking lateral position,selection acupoints of Sishengcong,Anmian,Neiguan,Shenmen,acupuncture one time every afternoon,seven times for one course of treatment,a total of three courses of treatment.Auricular point sticking therapy：selection Subcortex,Heart,Spleen,Kidney,Liver,Shenmen,Jiaogan,and cowherb seed was chosen to stick,once every three days,and two ears alternating pressure,total treatment for 7 times.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the control group was 81.25%,and the difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Electric acupuncture with auricular point in treating insomnia after stroke has remarkable curative effect.
