受行业特点的影响,酒店管理本科教育更加重视学生职业能力的培养。工学结合已成为这一领域高等教育实践教学先行先试的有效模式。以大学本科实践教学方式的创新为着眼点,结合实际探讨酒店管理职业生涯的发展与职业能力培养存在的问题,提出应用与创新建议。

Hotel management undergraduate education by the influence of the industry characteristics pays more attention to cultivating the students＇ vocational competencies. ＂ Work-integrated learning＂ has become an effective mode in the practice teaching of higher education. This article focusing on the innovation of practice teaching of undergraduate, combining the actual discussions of the existing problems in hotel management career development and professional ability training, puts forward some applicable and innovative suggestions.
