Higher vocational education plays the function of service, which is embodied by facing the demands of regional economic construction and reforms of talents training mode. In order to integrate into the regional economic development and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, higher vocational colleges should adopt an open education concept and establish an effective and extensive cooperation platform between school and enterprise. It is recognized as an inevitable choice of their sound interaction and coordination as well as the only way of adapting to the rapid development of regional economy
