厘清发展定位,加强专业群建设是新建应用型本科院校实现内涵升本,提升外部竞争力的重要途径。新建应用型本科院校要坚持应用性和特色化发展原则,做好顶层设计,科学规划,对接区域产业链构建专业群,以重点专业为核心,在学科建设、应用研究、师资队伍、实践教学平台及产学研合作等方面着力加强建设,发挥专业集群优势,打造学科专业群特色。

To clarify the development orientation, strengthen the construction of specialty cluster is the important way to enhance external competitiveness and realize the connotation upgrading of the newly-established application-oriented colleges. These colleges should adhere to the principle of the development of application and characteristics, make a better top-level design and scientific plan, and construct the specialty clusters based on the regional industrial chain. They should take the key specialty as the core, strengthen the construction from the aspects of applied research, teachers team, teaching practice platform and production and research cooperation. Thus, the advantage of specialty cluster is brought into full play and characteristics of discipline specialty cluster are built.
