摘要 基于岗位工作过程的课程改革和工学结合教学模式是我国职业教育课程体系改革的重要方向。通过分析电子商务企业中的客户服务岗位,分解该岗位工作流程和工作任务,对网络客户关系管理进行"岗—岗"课程设计与改革,并采用工学结合的教学模式,探索教学与就业岗位零距离,实现学校人才培养与企业所需人才无缝对接。 The work process based curriculum reform and work-integrated learning teaching mode are important directions in vocational education curriculum system reform in China. This paper analyzes e-commerce businesses in the customer service positions, then decomposition of the post workflow and tasks. Further, this course uses position-position reform in course design and adopts work-integrated learning teaching mode, and explores zero distance from education to jobs to achieve talents seamless connection between school training and business needs.
