Review of the "Old but Accomplished" Policy Development and Related Theory Research

随着中国老龄化程度的不断加剧,合理开发利用老年人力资源,实现"老有所为",促进经济社会发展,越来越具有重要的现实意义。通过对国内外"老有所为"相关政策及理论进行梳理,提出"老有所为"与现代理念相结合的新思路。借鉴国内外先进经验,为老年人实现"老有所为"创造良好的政策环境、社会环境、家庭环境等外部氛围,探索实现"老有所为"的有效途径。

With the aggravation of the aging problem in China, it is of great importance to develop and explore the elder human resources and realize ＂ old but accomplished＂ to promote social and economical development. By exploring relevant policies and theories at home and abroad, the authors intend to combine this subject with modern concepts in order to form new ideas for coping with the aging population. It is necessary to draw lessons from foreign experiences, to create favorable administrative, social and domestic atmosphere as well as to explore effective approaches to the realization of ＂ old but accomplished＂ .
