摘要
随着我国社会改革的发展,对社会工作职业化的需求也越来越强烈,但是因为我国长期以来的计划体制的影响,社会工作的职业化发展受到各方面的制约。因此,我国的社会工作职业化路径不能照搬照抄西方的路子,而是应该在体制力量的推动和体制外因素的拉动两种力量下向前推进,这种方式一方面是我国社会管理体制改革的内在要求,另一方面也对促进我国社会管理体制改革具有积极作用。
With the development of China's social reform, professionalization of social work is more and more intense, but because of the impact of China's long-term planning system, social work professional development subjected to various constraints. Thus,China's social work professional path can not copy the western ways, and it should move forward in the institutional power to promote institutional factors driving the two forces ,on the one hand, China's social management system an inherent requirement, it also has a positive role in promoting China's social management system.
