物业服务业规范化发展的评价指标体系构建

Evaluation index system construction on property services standardization development

从服务主体、服务对象、服务目标、服务媒介与服务环境五个方面,构建了物业服务系统的五要素模型,界定了物业服务业规范化发展的新内涵。同时依托五要素模型设计了评价指标体系,以此完善对物业服务业的评价,促进行业健康、规范化发展。

This paper constructs five element models about property service system from the service principal, service object, service target, service media and service environment, and defines the new connotation about property services standardization development. At the same time, relying on the five element models, this paper designs the evaluation index system to perfect for property services evaluation, and promotes the industry healthy and standardization development.
