高校创业教育存在的问题及解决对策研究

Research on the existing problems and countermeasures of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities

创业教育实施的好与坏是高校毕业生能否成功自主创业的关键因素之一,但目前我国高校创业教育还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。依据高校创业教育的内涵和内容,梳理出目前高校创业教育存在的主要问题,并从"高校要转变就业观念,大力加强创业教育""加强创业教育队伍建设,建立一支专兼职教师队伍""精心设计创业课程内容,全程进行指导帮助"和"建立创业教育评价体系,促进高校创业教育的良性发展"四个方面提出了解决对策。

The implementation of entrepreneurship education is good or bad is one of the key factors of college graduates can successfully self-employed. However, there are some problems in the current university entrepreneurship education, this paper according to the connotation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and research content, sorts out the main problems of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. At present, this paper puts forward four proposed solutions from the＂ colleges and universities should change their concept of employment and strengthen entrepreneurship education＂ ,＂ to strengthen entrepreneurship education team building＂ ,＂to design entrepreneurship the whole content, to help guide＂ and＂ entrepreneurship education evaluation system, promote the benign development＂ of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
