大学生创新基础是在教学中培养“个性发展”

Cultivating students’ personality development in innovating basic teaching

高等教育应把大学生个性发展放在核心地位,并要把教学和课外实践活动紧密结合在一起。因为大学生创新能力与创新精神的培养是以大学生的个性发展为前题,只有弘扬个性,才能孕育出真正的创造性。在课堂上,教师要提倡民主,彰显学生个性,因材施教;在课外,学校要开展形式多样的实践活动,学生通过参加各项活动以激发自身的探究热情。

Higher education should put students＇ personality in the core position and combine teaching with extracurricular activities together. For the cultivation of students＇ ability and spirits are based on students＇ personality development,and only developing students＇ personality can cultivate real creativity. In the classes, teachers should advocate democracy, develop the students＇ personality, teach students based on different situations;in extra-curricular classes, school should carry out various forms of activities to stimulate students to explore enthusiasm.
