摘要
通过对凝胶的受力分析,推导出凝胶段塞在圆形钢管中的抗压差公式。结合试验研究表明,凝胶段塞在圆形钢管中的抗压差能力体现为凝胶的抗剪切强度,该能力又与凝胶长度成正比、与钢管半径成反比,凝胶段塞抗压能力的表征和计算模型的建立,为凝胶段塞的合理设计提供了科学依据,有利于凝胶封堵钢管技术在油气田开发工程中的进一步推广应用。
Through the loading analysis of gel in the circular steel tube,the anti-pressure difference equation was derived for gel plug in the circular steel tube.Experimental results indicate that the anti-pressure difference capacity of gel plug in the circular steel tube presents shear strength,the capacity is in proportional with gel length and the radius of circular steel tube.The characterization of its loading capacity and the establishment of calculation model are performed,it provides a scientific basis for the design of gel plug,it is beneficial for further population of the technique of gel-plugged steel tubes.
