Technical Requirements for Maintenance of Major Parts of Drilling Pumps

为了使钻井泵在运转中长期处于良好的工作状态,提高生产效率,减少停机损失,延长使用寿命,需要对钻井泵进行良好的维护保养。为此,针对钻井泵主要部件包括润滑系统、动力端、滚动轴承及液力端,根据长期使用经验,提出了详细的维护保养技术要求,供钻井工程师参考。

To put drilling pumps in good operation order for a long period,enhancing production rate,reducing shotdown period and prolonging operation life,good maintenance was necessarily kept for drilling pumps.Therefore in consideration of their major parts including lubrication system,power end,rolling bearing and fluid end and based on the long application experiences,detail technical requirements for their maintenance are proposed for reference to the drilling engineers.
