摘要
当油水井管柱遇卡无法取出时,卡点深度是判断井下情况的重要依据。为提高卡点测量的准确度,落实井下情况,对油水井测卡点技术进行研究。首先通过理论推导获得了拉伸法测卡点的计算公式,再针对卡点测量的各种影响因素,分直井和斜井两方面对这些影响因素的处理方法进行研究。最终获得了直井拉伸法测卡点的修正公式和斜井处理摩阻因素的有效方法。现场应用表明该技术可有效提高卡点测量的准确度,为井下情况的判断提供可靠依据,适合现场推广应用。
When tubing strings in oil wells or water wells were stuck and could not be removed,the depth of free point was an important basis for judging downhole situation.In order to improve the accuracy of free point measurement and clarify the downhole situation,it was necessary to research the technology for free point measurement.The formula was first theoretically derived for calculating the stuck point depth,then the various factors affecting the measurement of the free point were taken into account to study the processing method of factors affecting vertical wells and horizontal wells.Finally the free point correction formula for vertical well measuring and inclined well processing method considering friction factors are derived.Field application shows that this technology can significantly improve the free point measuring accuracy and provide reliable basis of downhole situation.This technique is suitable for popularization in oilfields.
