摘要
以南海W10-3/W11-4油田为例,对采用添加缓蚀剂法控制海上油气田硫化氢腐蚀进行了研究。要根据缓蚀剂防腐技术原理对适合控制海上油气田硫化氢腐蚀的缓蚀剂进行有针对性的筛选和试验。对选择好的缓蚀剂还要进行初期使用评价,进而对投加工艺进行改进。研制出的适用于该油田的硫化氢-二氧化碳-高矿化度盐水体系的缓蚀剂IMC-80-N,在油、气、水相中均有良好的保护性能。必须尽快开展综合腐蚀介质及其防护的研究。
By taking W10-3/W11-4Oilfield in the South China Sea for example,controlling the H2S corrosion in offshore oil and gas fields by adding corrosion inhibitor was studied.Based on the principle of anti-corrosion technique,the corrosion inhibitors for controlling H2S corrosion in offshore oil and gas fields were selected and tested.The chosen corrosion inhibitors were evaluated at the initial stage of application and its application process was improved.A corrosion inhibitor IMC-80-N containing H2S-CO2-high salinity brine which is suitable for the oilfield is developed,it has good protecting ability in oil,gas and water.A comprehensive study of corrosive media and its protection should be carried out as soon as possible.
