摘要 本文从当今社会的人才需求出发,分析实践能力和创新意识在工作中的重要性,探讨了机电类专业教学改革思路和具体改革方法。改革思路是探索出以学生为主体、教师为主导,以层次化、模块化的新的教学模式运作的教学体系。具体改革方法是:(1)改革实践教学;(2)组织各类设计大赛;(3)在毕业设计中增加课程相关应用课题。通过改革希望能培养出综合素质高、实践能力强、具有创新意识的人才。 Starting from the needs of talents in the modem society, the paper analyzes the importance of the practical ability and innovative awareness in work and discusses the teaching reform thoughts and specific reform methods of mechanical and electrical majors. The reform thoughts are a new student-centered and teacher-oriented, hierarchical and modularized teaching system operated by a new teaching mode. The specific reform methods are first, reforming the practices of teaching, second, organizing various design competitions; third, adding some relevant application projects to graduation designs. Through the reform, it hopes to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents with strong practical ability and innovative awareness.
