Preliminary Exploration on the "Interactive-Active-Competent" Teaching Mode

教学的根本目的之一在于激发学生的学习兴趣,因而让学生自愿自主地学习该门课程的系统知识,并提高应用这些所学知识解决实际问题的能力。而要做到这一点,在很大意义上依赖于正确的教学方法。而正确的教学方法则是从教学实践中总结出来的,并在教学实践中不断得到改进。教学方法的改革是一个永恒的主题,本文试图结合自己多年来的教学实践,就如何教授"公共部门决策理论与方法"谈一些体会,并做一些经验式的总结和探索。

One of the fundamental objectives of teaching is to stimulate students＇ learning interests so as to let students voluntarily and independently learn the organizational knowledge of this course and improve their ability of solving the practical problems by applying the knowledge they acquired. In order to do this, we must depend on correct teaching methods to a great extent. And correct teaching methods is summarized from teaching practices and is continuously improved during the teaching practices. The reform of teaching methods is an eternal topic. The paper tries to combine the author＇s several years of teaching practices to talk about some experience on how to teach ＂Decision Theories and Methods of Public Departments＂ and makes some experiencing summaries and explorations.
