外语类人才职业能力测评中模糊综合评价法的应用

The Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Vocational Capacity Evaluation of Foreign Language Talents

通过对高校毕业生职业生涯发展的观察可知,"德智体美劳"式的传统评价方法难以做到客观有效,学校评价出的"优秀"学生在职场角逐中时常会输给那些"落后"分子。本文拟在本课题组前期关于外语类高校学生职业能力评价指标体系研究的基础上,介绍如何利用模糊综合评价的思想和方法对外语类人才职业能力进行客观有效的评价。

Through observing the development of professional career of graduates, the ＂moral intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor＂ traditional evaluation method is hard to be objective and effective, and the ＂excellent＂ students colleges choose are often lost to those ＂laggard＂ students in the competitions of work places. The paper introduces how to use the thoughts and methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make an objective and effective evaluation for foreign languages talents＇ vocational abilities on the basis of the research group＇s previous research on the evaluation indexes system of foreign language college students＇ vocational abilities.
