摘要
教师自我效能感的提升及实现教师专业发展的内源性动力。影响教师效能感的因素来自社会文化背景、学校环境因素、教师的个人能力与教学经历以及教师的自身经历。本文针对公安院校英语教师效能感普遍低下的现状,从教师的专业发展着眼提出了五点提升教师效能感的建议。
The improvement of self-efficacy of teachers is the endogenous dynamic of realizing teachers' professional development. The factors influencing the self-efficacy of teachers include socio-cultural background, the environment of schoois, personal abilities of teachers, teaching experiences and teachers' own experiences. According to the present situation of low self-efficacy of English teachers in police colleges, the paper puts forward five suggestions to improve the self-efficacy of teachers from the perspective of teachers' professional development.
