摘要
二十世纪以来。特别是二战以来，美国国家的教师培训逐渐走上了市场化的道路，引进了自由市场中的竞争机制。从其竞争机制中获取经验，有助于我们解决教师教育发展中面临的问题。本文将从美国教师教育竞争机制产生的动力、发展和存在的问题以及启示三个方面来探析。
Since the 20th century, especially the Second World War, American teacher training has gradually walked up the road of marketization and introduced the competition mechanism of the free market. To learn experience from the competition mechanism helps us to solve the problems in the development of teacher education. This article will discuss the problems from the three aspects： the dynamic, the development and the problems caused by the competition mechanism of American teacher education and its enlightenments.
