多媒体技术就是将文字、数据、语言、图形、图像、声音、音乐、动画等多种媒体结合在一起，并通过计算机进行综合处理和控制而形成的一种信息技术。正确认识多媒体在教学中的应用，努力突出它的优点，摒除它的缺点对提高我们的教学质量具有十分重要的意义。

Multimedia technology is to integrate words, data, language, figures, pictures, sound, music and animation with other media and it is an information technology formed by integrative process and control of computes. To correctly understand the application of multimedia in teaching and to try to highlight its advantages and abandon its disadvantages has a significant meaning for the improvement of our teaching quality.
